Working out with friends can take your fitness journey to the next level. The motivation of a group setting not only makes the experience more enjoyable but also encourages you to push harder than you might on your own. In our classes, you’ll use a variety of equipment like barbells, dumbbells, and machines, ensuring a well-rounded workout.

Each session combines strength training and cardio-conditioning, allowing you to improve both your endurance and strength.

8am/6pm Monday and Wednesday strength classes will be programmed in blocks of 3-4 weeks with a focus on progressive overload (increasing weight or reps each week with the same exercises).

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, all classes can be modified to match your fitness level. You’ll find workouts challenging enough to push you beyond your comfort zone while still being accessible. Working out with friends adds that extra layer of accountability and motivation, making every class an opportunity for growth.
